Arrive, unpack and feel at home — that’s the spirit of our star cycling holidays.

If you’d like to explore Lake Constance without changing hotels every day, these tours are just right for you. From one comfortable base you set off on new routes each day — maybe to the flower-filled island of Mainau, into lively Constance or along the waterfront in Lindau. You’ll see a lot without rushing, and your suitcase simply stays in your room.

Whether you prefer gentle stretches along the Lower Lake, the mostly flat paths around the Upper Lake or relaxed breaks in vineyards, small harbours or a sunny café — everything fits in easily. Your accommodation, route information and luggage service are already taken care of. You hop on your bike, we handle the rest, and each day stays pleasantly flexible, varied and wonderfully relaxed.

What makes Star Cycling Holidays at Lake Constance so relaxing?

Star bike tours follow a wonderfully easy rhythm: you arrive once, settle into your room – and your holiday begins. No daily packing, no moving from town to town. Instead, each ride starts right at your hotel’s doorstep. That leaves more room for the enjoyable parts of the day: a slow breakfast, a gentle start on the bike and those little moments along the way that just happen. And if one morning feels more like “a quiet hour by the lake” than “time to ride,” that’s perfectly fine too.

And still, there’s plenty to experience. From your base you can reach many of Lake Constance’s highlights – historic old towns, small harbours, long waterfront promenades and the soft curves of the local vineyards. If you feel like seeing more, you can link several routes into a varied loop and discover the most beautiful corners of the region at your own pace, without the hassle of changing accommodation each day.

What experiences await you around your base?

Whether you start in Kressbronn or Constance, there’s something new to discover every day. Along the lakeshore you’ll come across small harbours, quiet green meadows and those first warm rays of morning sun – plus, time and again, those lovely views of the Alps in the distance.

If you’re in the mood for a change of perspective, our Cycle and Sail at Lake Constance holiday is a great option – it lets you experience the region from the water. Prefer exploring on two wheels? The Centre based tour Constance offers many short rides to local highlights. And for anyone who wants to combine easy cycling with a touch of indulgence, the Active Cycling at Lake Constance is ideal: relaxed routes, little swimming breaks and spontaneous detours to places like Meersburg or Lindau.

In short: no matter where you begin, each day brings fresh impressions, small adventures and plenty of time to enjoy the Lake Constance region at your own pace.
