Itinerary

Day 1

Individual arrival in Toblach / Niederdorf

Your e-bike-tour around the Dolomites begins on the Toblach field at the highest point of Alta Pusteria in Toblach or Niederdorf. Here you are greeted by a breathtaking panorama. Lush green meadows and a phenomenal view of the striking Dolomite peaks make the start of the tour something very special. The small winter sports resort of Toblach also has a lot to offer in summer.

Day 2

Toblach – Cortina d‘Ampezzo – Pieve di Cadore

approx. 65 km

The journey begins in Alta Pusteria – in the heart of the natural paradise of the Dolomites. With the Three Peaks Nature Park on your left and the Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park on your right, follow the panoramic trail along the former Dolomite railway line. Breathtaking views of the world-famous Three Peaks are guaranteed. After the gentle transition from South Tyrol to Veneto, you will reach Cortina d‘Ampezzo – surrounded by majestic peaks and known as a glamorous Olympic town. The journey continues to Pieve di Cadore, through dense forests, impressive tunnels, and stunning mountain landscapes that bring the beauty and history of this unique region to life.

Day 3

Pieve di Cadore – Feltre

approx. 75 km

From Pieve di Cadore you cycle on through the impressive Alpine landscapes of this Dolomite region. The south via Longarone, a town that was completely rebuilt after the tragic landslide on Monte Toc in 1963 was completely rebuilt. You soon reach Belluno – a quiet, charming town – and continue through forests and idyllic villages. Your destination is Feltre, a historic town with views of the majestic Dolomites.

Day 4

Feltre – Trient

approx. 95 km or approx. 70 km + train ride

You leave Feltre, a charming jewel along the historic „Via Claudia Augusta“, and begin the climb north through the Valsugana Valley. You will soon reach Lake Caldonazzo - the largest natural lake in Trentino. If you wish, you can shorten the stage with an optional train ride (not included in the price). At the end of the day, you will reach Trento, where the lively historic center and the impressive Buonconsiglio Castle await you.

Day 5

Trient – Bozen

approx. 65 km

From Trento, follow the cycle path along the Adige, past vineyards andorchards. You reach the Salurner Klause, the language border between Trentino and South Tyrol. Continuing along the river, you reach Bolzano, the cultural and economic center of South Tyrol, where the stage ends.

Day 6

Bozen – Mühlbach (Brixen)

approx. 45 km

The day begins in Bolzano, where Tyrolean and Mediterranean culture meet. After a stroll through the city or a visit to the archaeology museum with „Ötzi“, the cycle tour leads out of the city along the Isarco cycle path. On the way, you will pass Trostburg Castle and Säben Monastery. The route continues through vineyards and alpine landscapes to Brixen, where a walk through the old town and a visit to the cathedral round off the day.

Day 7

Brixen – Niederdorf / Toblach

approx. 65 km

Start in Brixen and leave the old town to follow the cycle path along the Eisack to the north. On the way, you will pass the mighty Franzensfeste fortress, the impressive Neustift and, shortly afterwards, the ruins of the Mühlbach hermitage. Continuing along the cycle path, you reach the green Pustertal valley, accompanied by the tranquil course of the Rienz river. A short stop in Bruneck is highly recommended: The lively pedestrian zone invites you to linger with its cafés, stores and alpine atmosphere. Just a few more kilometers and you will reach Alta Pusteria.
